"Nothing ever gets done like you are told like they keep promising"
"The people and apartments at the senior high rises are being neglected. Repairs are not getting done and complaints are not being dealt with properly. It is bedbug and roachbug infested and proper treatments are not getting done. Building 3 has mold and bat droppings in the walls on the 7th floor, maybe also on the other floors. Management is rude and sometimes hateful to the residents. The elevators and laundry rooms are filthy."
