"We have purchased several vehicles from Richardson and most recently my wife purchased her first new car a 2025 Honda CRV. The next day she noticed some imperfections in the paint on the back tailgate and what looked like a smudge on the hood. Initially we took it to our sale rep who had someone put touch up paint on but it we were not satisfied and were literally sick to our stomachs thinking we may have to just live with spending a lot of money for a vehicle to not have it "perfect". After 2 weeks, on the advice of a friend, we took it back and spoke with Chad Richardson. He was extremely friendly and patient even canceling a phone call to give us his attention. He explained how things can be missed from the factory and asked to take a look and if we could leave the vehicle for one of his experts to see what they can to. In less than 2 hours we got a call back and a car was sent to pick up my wife to look over the car. I must say we were skeptical even assuming we were going to be told that they will have to try and repaint the spot which we didn't want to do.
