"Wow is all I can say! We just took my daughter’s van to Tidal Wave Car Wash! We just dollied it on the back of a U-Haul truck from Alaska 3,972 miles! It was awful! They spent over 5 minutes cleaning it with brushes! Then the guy checked it when we were done and said he wasn’t happy with it so ran it through again and wiped it down himself! Then we vacuumed the whole thing with the most powerful vacuum I’ve ever used! Then one of the staff guys came over a fixed a little piece that came off while I was sweeping! Told us about the special they are running! Awesome customer service! Very friendly too!"

"Went to new location in Dubuque, IA in my new 2023 Expedition. The vehicle is brand new we’ve only had it for 2 weeks. This is the only car wash it has ever been through. We noticed the paint had been rubbed off of the antenna on the top of the vehicle from the drying mechanism. When we let them know what had happened they told us the owner would reach out to us after reviewing surveillance footage. Of course they lied and said it didn’t happen there. I am 100% certain this car wash damaged my brand new vehicle and I would strongly suggest not taking your car there. Also there are a ton of issues at these car washes all you have to do is a google search to see how messed up this place is. See photos below. This is a brand new vehicle and their car wash ruined it. I will be posting this all over social media and posting flyer and pictures around the city and surrounding areas so that other peoples vehicles aren’t damaged by this car wash"

"Came here the day they opened and signed up for a package. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The attendant inside that gets things started is great. Smiling even in the bitter cold of winter and does a great job. Car wash is good and the dryer is strong. Overall happy with the service."
