"I've been "trying" this gas station for 6 years now. It's the closest gas station to my home, yet they still don't have the item I've been asking for, for 6 years. I think I'll skip this Mobil and probably skip all other Mobils just because. Poor skills, guys. I've had other gas stations take it upon themselves to have an item in stock for less loyal customers than I. I can feel how much they want my patrionage. Not."

"Well, I couldn't give this place a 5-star rating because the pump that I pulled up to refused any form of payment I offered, and I had to go inside to pay for my gas which was not really that big a problem because I wanted to get something to drink, but when you pay inside, of course, you can't just say "fill it up." You have to guesstimate how much gas so they can put whatever amount on the card. If that pump had only rejected one card I would have blamed it on the card, but since the pump hated three of my cards, I figured it was the pump's problem and perhaps the station should get that looked at. But the visit was made really good by the person who was behind the counter when I walked up with my drink purchase and said "I need gas, too but pump number one hates me." The cashier took a beat and then said "oh no, it's nothing personal" and she was very funny and pleasant as we concluded the transaction with me guessing how much gas to buy, and of course my card worked fine at the counter. But my frustration with the pump, and not being able to guarantee that my tank was full, was completely alleviated by the charming and amusing woman behind the counter. I wish I had taken note of her name so I could give her a gold star in public because she is an asset to this Exxon!"
