"I can make the exact same drinks they make there for 50 to 75% less cost I will not pay no $8 for a cup of coffee when I can make it here at my house and make it taste even better without all the ice watering it down they use way too much ice way too much and you're paying damn near $10 a cup of coffee ridiculous I buy the ingredients at Walmart and I can make me up to 20 cups of coffee for that money and not have to wait in line for an hour and a half I just popped mine up I'm drinking one right now got me some matcha powder with some chiliate tea and some cream that's how you make their damn drinks"

"If I could give a ZERO, I would. This location needs a suprise Corp visit ASAP!!. This location is so far from the standard of starbucks customer service!!! You walk in, no one says hello, you stand by the register and no one acknowledges you, store is dirty and they are very slow(took 12 mins to make my drink, with only 2 customers)!!! I've tried to come to this location and give them multiple tries, but I will be going back to the one on Hwy K(15 miles further), just because of the amazing service they have there. Seriously appalled by my experience!"
