"This pharmacy has discriminated against me in ways that I have never experienced from anyone in my life. I am sickened at the malpractice and hatred that this company portrays towards their customers. Lindsay (the pharmacist) has been nothing but rude and discriminating to me since I have been a customer there. Last month I tried to pick up my prescription and she told me that I couldn't pick it up for 2 more days. Which according to Georgia state law and federal law a customer can pick up a prescription up to (2) days early if needed. She spoke down to me and did not care that I had 7 children and no way to bring all 7 children with me to pick my medication up. Because it was a weekend. I only have a 4 seater car. And weekends are not days that I am able to run errands. She declined my request to pick up MY medication and made rude remarks about how she didn't think I should come back there. She said "You should probably just continue getting your medicine in Augusta if you don't like our rules." Mind you, Augusta is 2.5 hours away! And I am a resident here in Sandersville!!! The medication is a non-narcotic. It's not drugs! Why on earth would this be an issue??? It's never been an issue at any pharmacy I've ever used. Today I called to have my prescription filled for Saturday. And the pharmacist told me I would have to wait until MONDAY be a use they are closed on Sunday. Rather than accomodating me and filling my prescription (1) day early she is going to make me go without a medically required medication for 2 days! The oharmacy being closed on Sundays is not my fault. So why make a customer go 2 days without their medication?! She said her reasoning for not letting me fill 1 day early is because I sounded like I was a drug user because I asked to fill my prescription 1 day early. Keep in mind! The state of Georgia allows people to fill 2 days early. I have always been able to fill my prescription as needed atmy old pharmacy and never had this issue. I have been on this same medication for 6 YEATS!!!! It is nit a narcotic or a drug. So to treat me like I am a drug addiction is sickening. To make someone go without their medication for 2 days is SICKENING. I am a business owner of a large company here in Sandersville and a mother to u children. I am a good person and have worked hard my whole life for everything i have. Lindsay the pharmacist made me feel like I was less than a person. I have sat here and cried for hours now because of the discrimination I just received from this horrible company. I will be sure that this issue is addressed across all of social media. You have discriminated someone who has a large follow across the entire state and country! Good luck!!"
