"I know this isn’t directly related to this store, but I feel this experience needs to be shared as broadly as possible. Purchased Razer BlackWidow V3 Green Switch Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Halo Infinite Edition and immediately found it cheaper ($60 cheaper) on Amazon. Attempted to cancel the order but the website wouldn’t let me. After receiving the item in the mail, the keyboard was completely loose in the shipping box by the way, took it to the store to process the return. Was told that “PC peripherals are non returnable because of scalpers, call customer support.” So I did, they then told me that because the item is clearance, it was not clearance when I added it to my cart, there’s nothing they can do for me. Mentioned how the keyboard came loose in the shipping box and they said “I’m sorry for your troubles sir, but there’s nothing I can do.” Will not be purchasing ANYTHING from GameStop ever again and canceling anything related to them."

"This place is never open! We have came here twice trying to shop and no one ever comes to open the store. One day we waited half an hour and no one showed up. Last time someone answered the phone and said they were supposed to be open but had no idea when they actually would be because of technical difficulties."
