"This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up."
