"Simple storage told us we had 24 hour access to our two units. Then they changed the closing time to 10 pm without telling us. This makes it very unaccessible to us. They will change things without telling you. We signed up with the explicit 24 hour access with no problem. We were then told they would do that for businesses but not us. So they can do it..just wouldn't. Misrepresentation .lying..."

"I just walked into this facility to rent a uhaul. A few things alarming, the young gentleman who was working was peeing with the door open and never closed it. I needed a truck to drop off from in Chattanooga so I didn’t have to drive it back and instead of giving me the price he proceeded to tell me how expensive it was and forced other options on me. I knew it would be more money and needed a truck. He was extremely rude. I don’t know who hires here but they need to get their people better. Will not give my business to any business of this nature."
