"They are EXTREMELY RUDE!! Anytime I've called or went by there, they talk down to you like you are beneath them. Just when I had simple questions about my property tax! Especially Carolyn Walker, hateful for no reason whatsoever. And whoever K.Minnick gave incorrect information to me about my property tax payment.( which I wrote then, right there.) And the follow month said she didn't say that! Keep up with all your receipts, bc they will try to charge you extra interest! The DEFINITELY need to work on their customers service skills! Do BETTER.WALKER.COUNTY"

Been trying to pay them a bunch of money in advolarum taxes and they don’t seem to want to take our money due to (the most ridiculous) technicalities one could imagine! 2nd time, 2nd technicality, what gives. The people of Walker County are awesome and we love the area we’ve moved to, we pray the leadership will ultimately reflect the same spirit in this wonderful county."
