"I've only watched their services online, but it was concerning to hear a pastor preach a regular message with not one single verse read from the Bible. Even the 2 verses halfway referenced in the message were not called by the book, chapter, or verse and were paraphrased at best. Maybe I am old fashioned, but the most important words spoken across a pulpit is the reading of the Word of God directly out of the Bible. I hope that message was the exception and not the rule. I believe their minds are in the right place, and their heart is no one's to judge save the Lord. The man calling someone out as a fake is very sad, and I doubt that is true. "Warm, friendly and kind folks that were genuinely happy to have everyone come join in. Very active with food and clothing, street, prison, motel, and other ministries. Pastor Joey is the the real deal. I think that there is a place here for everyone."
