"Young lady was very helpful getting my information to the new phone I bought awesome place!"

"Yesterday on the 19th of May 2024, we went to the metro by T-Mobile store in Carrollton on Highway 27. We got there at 4:46. The door was locked. There was somebody inside. We knocked on the door because we had a big time problem with our phone, we couldn’t send messages. so we knocked on the door and the lady behind said we’re closed. I shook my head. I said no you’re open. Why is the door locked at 4:47? She looked at me and she gave me the finger. Well when I tried to take her pictures, she duck down and went into the back. This is unacceptable. The store should’ve been open until 5 o’clock and that woman needs to be fired. Whoever worked on the 19th of May 2024, on Sunday. And if she’s not fired, and I will know, we are going to take our business elsewhere because this woman was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in Carrollton since I moved here. So thank you and I hope you take this seriously because that woman needs to be fired."

"I love my metro. However, when i went into store the smell of the cologne was so strong my nose and throat started burning and i had to step away from the counter multiple times to catch my breath. It was so overpowering that i didn’t even finish my business I’d went in for. Maybe this was a one time occurrence, but I am asthmatic and had multiple attacks throughout the day. So just for my own wellbeing, I will handle my Metro business over the phone or at another location from here on."
