They were very helpful, talking me through what the cost and time would be to fix the old one verses getting a new one, and showing me the various options available. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions and helped me fine the laptop I needed. I bought the old laptop from them years ago, and I will continue to go back for any future needs. The shop is clean, well lit, and the staff are always friendly without being pushy. There was no fast-talking, up-selling attitude, and I was able to find the best machine for me."
