"They are nice friendly people but when it comes to getting payments correct they have a very hard time doing that. They have told me I was good on payment until certain days then take out payment earlier than they said causing me to go negative in my account several time. Never have I had this issue with rent a center and I’ve added multiple things to my payments and they have always had everything come out same pay cycle. Too much trouble trying to get on same page as to when and what payments will be coming out."
"They are so helpful and friendly. They help you decide what you can afford and need. They have a plan where you can pay off your purchase in 6 months. Saves the customers a lot of money. I have been a customer for 3 years."
"Sales Manager is very Knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get exactly what you want. One on one service that makes the leasing experience more comfortable. They only carry TOP of the line products. Sadly knocks Rent a center out of the field. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!"
"Made every payment on time and experienced wearing on a couch seat so told them. Will always tell you they will call you back the next day or later that day to let you know what’s going on with their repair or replacement but never do. Months will go by. Always get the runaround and excuses. Customer service and proper management is last on their list. I’m sure if they spent as much time taking care of the customers that actually do pay on time rather than harassing the ones that don’t they wouldn’t be the worst rent to own place I’ve ever went through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Now cue the generic corporate response from “Phil” to this review saying they will look into the issue lol. Nothing will change Phil you care about money not customers period."
