"As a collector of jewelry, I can say this is a decent antique shop with good selection! The reason for the low review however is that the lady working there was extremely standoffish the entire time I was in the store. I don't expect to be left alone as I understand that theft is a big concern in the industry, but she even called a stall owner after I left the stall to ensure that I hadn't taken anything. This was uncalled for and makes me question returning. Furthermore, I was a bit taken back when she insisted on writing down my driver's license number at checkout. Very uncomfortable experience even if the store has a good collection of vintage pieces."

"Wow! Great store, nice selection but I was a bit taken aback when asked for my driver’s license when checking out and paying with card. However, I can appreciate the sentiment so I complied. The real issue came when I saw her starting to try to write down my license number! I immediately took my license back and she accused me of being hostile so I told her I did not appreciate having my privacy violated. I love supporting small businesses, but her store won’t last long if she continues this practice. I spoke with a detective in Rome afterwards to discuss this unethical practice, and he said that he agreed with my decision to avoid taking part in this invasive practice. Hopefully she will learn from this and stop doing this immediately as she seems like a nice person and I would love to continue shopping here! Cheers and best wishes."
