"I went here to pick up a doordash order and from the time I was greeted at the speaker to the time I was handed the food the manager had a big attitude and would ignore me when I would ask her a question. She also waited 10 minutes to tell her employees to make the order that I was there to pick up and then made an ignorant coming to me. I will never go to the store again as a door Dasher or a customer because they don't know how to treat their customers at all!"

"I usually always go to this location. Today was the worst by far I have encountered with any fast food service. I arrived via the drive thru, the lady said we only taking door dash orders. I said okay. I parked in front of the store and placed a pick up order via door dash. I waited 30 minutes. I drive back to the window and inform the worker I'm here to pick up a door dash order. She goes to say that I need to come in if I want to order. I stated I order via door dash. Shen said that my order has been picked up. After the worker keeps telling me that I have no order there. She finally says that she will remake the order. I was good with that. I wait an additional 20 minutes now to get that order for it to be incorrect. I go in to take the food back and let them know this is not what I order and also I'm missing my honey sirach wings. The dark skinned heavy set girl said we don't sale them. I said what's this then, pointing to my phone. She goes to say them are nuggets. I say same thing. She then decides to argue with me over nuggets vs wings. Need new staff and manager. Oh also they had homeless people cleaning the store for free food. Horrible place."

"This is the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. It's amazing that this place has stayed open with the management that is here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The soda machine was down, and they didn't tell us until after we purchased drinks. The manager was sitting in the dining area talking to friends while a line was formed at the register. She was rude and made multiple comments under her breath. She closed the dining area when we sat down to eat. The name on the ticket was Antrell. Me and my family have gone across the country, and this is genuinely the worst service we've had. The bathrooms were locked, and she rudely responded to every question."

"It was pretty quiet there which I like personally but the drive thru was very busy. So it did take a minute for someone to take my order inside but it was no big deal. The customer no service was good but you can tell they were having a rough day. I will still go back again the food was great and filling."
