"Occasionally, it is important to remember that appearances can be deceiving. Upon arriving at Bliss, my wife and I had reservations about entering the establishment. While the interior was aesthetically pleasing, there was room for improvement. The food, however, was quite good, although there is potential for further enhancement. The oxtail platter was particularly noteworthy, and I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The fried fish platter was also enjoyable, and I would give it an 7 out of 10. The ambiance was pleasant, but there is certainly room for improvement. I appreciate the age requirement for entry, but I believe a dress code (business casual) for patrons would be beneficial. The pricing is highly competitive, but the menu could benefit from some additional attention. Providing a physical menu with pictures would make it more appealing and informative for new customers."

"Bliss was really nice. The outside is where the confusion was for me because when I rode through the parking lot, and pulled up to the restaurant I was like......... okay.......... When I entered the restaurant I was like OKAY! It's beautiful and very clean. Even the restroom was really nice, clean and updated. The food was great. We had the jerk chicken wings, oxtails and the spinach. We had the rum punch, and it was strong, but really, really good. The best part about the experience was our server. She was excellent. Very informative, engaging and down to earth. The only thing that I wish they would do differently, would be to change the music to some old school since the age restriction is for the grown and sexy, or to play some very sexy Caribbean music during the day. At night it's party time so I understand the more updated music then. Other than that, great experience."

"The food and service was exceptional. They exceeded my expectations. I made a reservation online for a Friday night and there was only one slot open for 6:30 pm. The ambiance was grown and sexy. Nice R&B music. Specialty adult drinks were $10 before 7pm. I had the red snapper and my hot date had jerk lamb chops which he shared with me…. Which was super delicious along with his Jollief west African rice…. Which had an authentic taste. My snapper was cooked to perfection and super light and healthy. The only thing this place was missing was a dessert menu… that does not change my rating of 5/5. I will definitely try this place again."

"The service was A1, the atmosphere is top notch. The entire place is a vibe. Food is good. The ox tail is tender. Not the best I've ever had but all of St Louis is much worse. They are good. The Lamb Chops are better. All in all I'm being picky. The entire experience was great. A very good laid back chill spot"
