"Worst internet service - I thought Charter was bad but this is worse. It would not connect to my Alexia device and went out 3 times during a 2 hour movie. Internet service is bad but customer service is worse. Even after sending the unit back and cancelling service they still want to bill you. Do not deal with these people. I deal with the Fort Oglethorpe, GA location. No help at all. I was looking for a WIFI service for my business and talked to one of their business people who only told lies, did not follow up and did not reveal the complete truth about the service. I have cancelled all my services with them and would never recommend anyone from that office or their business service. Currently I am having to get an attorney to get a refund that they illegally pulled out of my account."
