"Walter Moffit worked professionally & proficiently with my Husband on his case He promised me he would be home at his court date and he delivered that. Thank you so much for treating his case with care & understanding."
"If you want any accountability from these people, you will have to take your courts back. Force recording of every court proceeding so the public can hold them accountable. They already claim they don't have to obey the laws we create to hold them accountable like the open records act and the further up you go in the attorney generals office, the more they refuse to enforce it. Communism is all they care about so they can profit from kidnapping for ransom. When the people get tired of their government claiming to be at the top of the block diagram, where the people are, there are plenty of citizens ready to serve you and not communism but the political mafia would never just allow it. As always, the choice is yours."
"You'd imagine charging 10% for using card to pay, 50c for every paper copy of anything you need, and how quickly the judges tend to run through judgement to get to lunch or finish the day would result in some positive cash flow,. However, the building is literally falling apart from the inside, they still have a legacy IT system that fails it's duty half the time, and, apparently, not enough funds to get all the staff wearing masks. Fear not though, you don't waste your time getting your temp checked, asked about Covid vaccine, or questioned by any means during your hearing."
"I work in all the different courthouses in Georgia. I have not met the actual clerk. The two ladies that work in the office are probably the most unprofessional sloppy government workers I have ever dealt with. One has a baby that she cares for on the taxpayers dime. I will sit and wait ten minutes while she talks on her cell phone or messes with her child. That would be fine if she didn’t have the nastiest attitude towards most customers that try to conduct business in the courthouse. The other is loud and very sloppy. I heard gossip for ten minutes after one customer left the office. I would think our elected official does not know this goes on in her office."
"The court clerk is a good communicator. And some judges behind the scenes are helpful. It would be beneficial to have staff that is empowered to help customers in the designated areas at all times and utilize electronic resources such as computer gmail's, faxes, scanners and cell phones. Office depot only charges .20 a copy. - .50 is excessive. Thanks for your help. The saga continues."
