"I've never had a better experience at a butcher shop. I usually go to a more local one but decided to give this one a try based off of recommendations I got from my friends. The cuts of meat are beautiful and fat is minimal so you get more bang for your buck. They also have interesting appetizers like bacon, wrapped jalapenos and stuffed mushrooms. The man who owns it is one of the kindest men I've ever come across and we had a very thoughtful conversation while I was there. I'll always recommend this place and never forget my experiences there"
