"If I could give zero I would or a negative star balance. They were supposed to credit my cash app and never did. Thus stealing my money, also refused to give me the district manager info.. it’s insane how easily they credited an alternate cash app ( I’d hate to say thieves, but there is no other conclusion) store was disgustingly filthy also."

"Messy and unorganized. The cashier was very rude. There were two cashiers at the front with only one register open with a long line. The girl who rung me up didn’t have her mask on, it was hanging off her face, while the other one who wasn’t ringing up customers stated she wished she could refuse all customers who chooses not to wear masks. It’s none of their business who chooses to wear masks or not. And politics should not be spoken about at a work place very unprofessional!! I will not be back!!"
"I like shopping at Family Dollar but I prefer the Valley location. The Lanett store is always unorganized and you can't get down some of the aisle. The manager who was working last night wasn't necessarily rude but he wasn't helpful at all. I will continue to shop at the Valley store as often as possible because they are nice and helpful to their customers."
"Went there today cashier rude with a smart mouth she was a black lady I wanted to buy soap and expressed to her that the price was different she told me I just ring up the items i walk over to show her the price and she finally told me it was a coupon price which should have been explained instead of getting smart! The store location was in Lanett Al on Gilmer ave. I shop here all the time and she is always snobbish!"
