"Everything ok till you get behind thin unlike some others they will not let you pay a partial payment which sucks because they add 50 dollar late fees every week an expect you to catch up all in one payment ..people are rich thats why there using there storage in frist place!! Said no one..and price has went up twice since iv been there.."

"We had first encountered a broken latch, our first day renting. It was fixed the next morning. We paid 2 separate payments the first day, but, one was the pro rate for the first month (16$) and the second was for the 2nd month. But, the first month had also been included with the 2nd payment. So, after pulling bank records and getting a text from the bank, all was ironed out & we were credited! It all came out in the wash, as I’ve often heard, and I’d give them a 4 1/2 star rating! I think we’ve found a new friend!!"
