"ALL of the employees took a break at the same time, they didn't have any food cooked despite being open over an hour and a half after opening, and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to be the first in line to take our order. They also were unfriendly and rather snappy at potential customers. (They also had a personal drink by store food supplies in the back.) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD"
"I grew up in Quincy and the pretzel was always the best part however I recently learned that the earlier you get there the better because they are the freshest then the pillowy inside and the crispy outside always get the classic with salt never anything else that's the number one rule."
