"When the tree leaf out the views are gone. Limited parking. Small and hilly. Pavillion has 6 picnic tables and no grill. Playground good for toddlers. Nice equipment but limited. Would be better off sold and funds used elsewhere"

"One of Dubuque's lesser-known parks, you'll find a playground and picnic table here to enjoy but it really is a tiny park. The biggest issue you will have though it's not the size of the park it's the lack of parking, there is only a few spaces at best to park near this tiny park. That said the view is amazing , it does have what you would need for a normal trip to the park."
