"I'm required to give a star or there would be no stars. Every key I had made is so poorly cut they are missing pieces - perfectly straight-edge in places! They look nothing like the original key. When I tried to text to let them know, I was promptly told that the "texting system is under maintenance." Online support requires 48 hours to respond. Ridiculous. In the meantime I went to Walmart and used Minute Key. All (3) Minute Key copies work perfectly and the cost was $8 instead of $20. All I want is my money back. Do not waste time at this kiosk."

"Called about locked keys in car. Guy on the phone was super quick to get info, but I paused him to ask for the price first. (Website said to call for quote). Bro HUNG UP on me hahahah. He said "Oh, you want the price," thought about it, and hung up"

"Too quick to charge for no service. Called and was assured there were technicians in the area to unlock my car. After waiting a while I was informed the technician that took the job had canceled. I also do not think it should be allowed to charge for a service that was not performed then have to wait a week for a return to my account while also having to call another service. If you are in Auburn and lock your keys in your car call Tiger Towing! They will get the job done faster and cheaper!!!"

"Called, paid for, and scheduled a technician only to receive a text message stating there weren’t any available trucks in my area after verifying my information over the phone several times. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund on top of paying someone else to get my car unlocked."

"I used the kiosk at Kroger to make a key. Unfortunately it wasn't working properly and the key didn't work. I called the company and they were very nice and issued me a refund. That's all you can ask.....Adding this a few days later--I took the key to Walmart to get it cut, and they said I would have to take it somewhere else, their equipment did not support that type of key. So I think the problem is the type key and not the KeyMe kiosk."
