"Ordered shiplap boards took a week to receive wrongly tong and grove but didnt notice until I got back to Ga. Carried boards back to get refund a week later after calling telling them it was wrong. Guy said he can't refund me until he gets credit . It's been a month after 3 calls for credit still no credit on AMEX. Never will I drive 45 miles for this sorry customer service again. I bought the boards from them not their vendor!"

"Awful Customer Service! Went inside and asked about their railroad ties, got told I was not allowed to pick them out! I asked why and he said that they have to sell the bad ones that are splintering and have large holes. Wasnt even allowed to get ones of the same size! I have to make sure they are perfect size for our construction job and the snarky attitude he gave was horrific! Would not recommend snd if this is how they treat first time customers, I will never be coming back!"
