"I wouldn’t recommend this company to build a dog house. I think giving them one star is being very generous. From the moment we signed our contract there was problem after problem. We were merely a dollar sign. Everyone we have encountered was more concerned with filling their pockets than building our house. Our home is nowhere near the quality home they advertise. If you are considering using Trinity, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We used the Bremen office and our experience was a nightmare."

"Trinity has been a disaster! We understand that building a house is never a good experience, however this is beyond that. Once you sign the contract they do not care about you as a customer. We have had 6 different “superintendents” throughout the build of our house. Contractors will come to the house and do about 30% of the work and they will not come back for weeks. Several jobs have been left unfinished. Poor management and communication. Do not use Trinity Custom Homes!"
