"Extremely helpful. The girl working behind the counter didn't hesitate to offer assistance because when I couldn't find the right oil filter for my vehicle, she looked at my phone to see what filter I was looking at, and was so the first ti letters in the part number and immediately recognized it as the Wal-Mart version of one that they had in stock. Only the 2 letters on the part number are different. But the other 5 numbers are the same. And they are both the same brand name, Fram. Makes no sense. But I digress, I'll go of on a tangent if I'm not careful. But she got me squared away very quickly. I then asked if they a code checking device to plug into my car and see why my check engine light is stay coming. She immediately obliged, grabbed her little reader, and went and plugged it up. No big issue found just a small little 120-200 dollar fix. An automotive repair shop would have probably changed that just to plug it up. Now, advance doesn't always have what I need, but gosh darnit, they sure can let you down in the friendliest of ways and truly break a little jr mechanics heart while at the same time making him feel good about himself and brightening the rest of his now ruined day."

"I’ve gotten parts here that I’ve installed and a couple of times I e had them swap out a battery. Every time the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They’ve never seemed too busy to help my automotive challenged mechanic self out, be it looking something up on their computer or helping me find something in the store."

"Fantastic service. All the people that work there are friendly. Very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. This is the only auto parts store that I go to from now on. You can make easy online orders and go pick up your order and minutes or have them delivered. Whichever you prefer. Don't get no gooder than that!"
