"Worker was super rude and unprofessional to my boyfriend and I. We were in the store right up until close and we didn’t realize what time they closed. Neither of the two workers in there let us know they would be closing soon so we kept looking around as they were just glaring at us. We ended up leaving at 7:01 and one of the workers ran to the door to yell “just so you guys know for future reference we close at 7” and then quickly locked the door behind us. If they would have told us while we were in the store we would have been more than happy to leave but instead she was completely petty about it. Don’t recommend going here if you want to catch an attitude."

"I really like the Buff City Soap store! The bars of soap are my favorite. I've tried some of the other soap products there, too. The staff at this store were very friendly and helpful. It's cool to see them working on the soap while shopping. It's a quick trip inside the store if you know what you want. If you don't know, it's fun to browse (and sniff) around. Some of the soap smells really nice and is gentle on skin. You'll find a favorite, there are lots of choices. Lots of pretty colors and designs, too. I'd say a few downsides are that some soaps are not make again right away, which was a disappointment when I went back for more "Peace & Love" fragrance. Also, the bars can get kind of pricey if you buy them regularly. They do have special offers sometimes so look for those."

"Probably the fastest I've ever written a review after an experience. Was my first time in the shop and everyone was very friendly and inviting. They gave me a mini tour of the shop and I wanted everything! The scents feel a little mellow in the shop but really are really fragrant when you use them at home. I cannot wait to go back and buy some as presents for friends."
