"Save your time go to the Dodge street corporate owned store. More knowledgeable and they know what their inventory is. I was told by the associate the phone I was inquiring about was in stock but was only the dark purple one. After she showed me a color pallet, i agreed to the color. I agreed to proceed, only to run into a change of ownership delima from another account. After calling corporate we were able to get our lines freed up and our account activated. At this point my wife didn't even want to deal with the associate working so I proceeded by myself. Upon entering the store I was told they would be closing and someone was ahead of me. I would need to come back tomorrow, which was understanding until she told me she'd need to order the phone on next day? What happened to the instock phone/phones. Just terrible service."

"If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Be careful if you go to any store or deal with any cellular company in 2024. It's not just this store or company. Last year (December) this store had a different manager and both the manager and the staff could be trusted. Not anymore.. They added stuff to my mom's plan after telling them no when I took her in to switch to Tmobile. That resulted in several calls to support to get fixed. I called today to ask about adding a standalone watch plan. I was first told that no such thing existed. Then I was asked why I wanted one anyway. When I said it was none of her business why does that matter. I was told if I didn't tell her why then I shouldn't care if I get that plan or not. What!! Support on the phone really sucked as well! Screwed up my account and then tried getting me to wait 24hrs for them to fix it. I might leave TMobile entirely after today!"

"Me and my husband have been with T-Mobile for 6 yrs and our experience at this location was by far the best one out all the stores and reps we’ve dealt with. Kayla the store manager was awesome, super nice and knowledgeable of T-Mobile services unlike another store in Dubuque. We also had the pleasure of interacting with chance maddy and kyrie- my boys just loved kyrie! And chance was super cool helping us jump to new phones and getting them set up. Overall a very pleasing experience and we will continue to go to this store location from now on. Keep up the awesome works guys! You made that experience fun and easy unlike other times."
