"I have purchased all my batteries for all my vehicles and recommend the battery center for at least ten years. When they had to order my latest battery, they told me it would be a week. After three weeks with no call I called them only to get no date for the battery. Finally after another week Jeff told me to quit calling because he had no idea when. Upset he told me to go get my battery somewhere else and hung up on me I will not buy another battery here if this is how my loyalty gets rewarded."

They took the time to explain in detail what they were doing and why as well as different possibilities for why my battery may have failed. They offered to fully charge my old battery while borrowing one of theirs to see if the battery could be salvaged instead of just selling me a new one. tldr: great service, fast, cost effective, knowledgeable."
