"One of the worst companies to work for ! Treatment here is awful ! For drivers and labor .the turn over rate is 90% the company is on probation and on the edge of being shut down by the department of transportation as they have been several times before.with a new pay increase the Pay is still the lowest. Starting pay for drivers is $12 per hr .top pay for a driver with 15 years of service is $14 an hour .NO pay raises are given .5 days paid vacatio then 1 day every year after for a maximum of 10 day total. No pay holidays only Christmas day .NO sick leave.NO bonuses. You are forced to work days then nights back to days repeatedly without time to adjust but it is not all" bad " you will be forced to work overtime and weekends or you will be fired.after you are terminated you will be black balled .this company buys all surrounding contract then sublet the work to nearby companies this means you are not welcome to work for any company Anderson Columbia does business with .DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAREER!!!! I wish i never worked here"
"I work for this company and after driving over the road for 40 years safe driver I love working for this company Everyone is laid back it was hard for me starting off because I got paid per mile and now I get paid per hour when you haul cattle you have to get down the road But this is a good company a lot of very good people here I work off of the Marinna yard I wish I could have worked for this company years ago very nice people to work for ty Gene E.Reno"
