"I needed the outside heat pump unit replaced after it was damaged from a tornado. The unit was less than a year and a half old, and when it was installed, the other company didn't update the electrical disconnect, didn't put the metal chase on the side of the house to hide the tubing running into the house, and just a very sloppy, unprofessional job. I was not happy. When Jemison came to install the new unit, they provided a neat, professional install, including updating the electrical disconnect, leveling out the ground for the pad for the new unit to sit on, and installed the metal chase to hide the tubing and electrical conduit. I'm absolutely satisfied with the level of service they provided, along with the courtesy of the technicians. I'm sold on Jemison for my heating and cooling needs!!!!"
