"These builders are awful and take zero pride in their craftsmanship. They simply want to throw the house up as quickly as possibly with zero quality control. Drywall throughout our entire house has nail pops and is very poorly installed, flooring is cheap trash, paint throughout the house is the cheapest quality paint they could find... and it all comes with a heavy price tag for cheap material and craftsmanship. I could keep going on but it isn't worth it, because they do nothing to remedy their poor work. Before purchasing from them I HIGHLY recommend bringing your own inspector to do your walkthrough. Anything that is not pointed out in the initial walkthrough will likely not ever be repaired by HH, and in our experience, when it is, it is "repaired" to even worse conditions."

"Would leave 0 if it was an option. The hughston homes construction crew has left mounds of dirt and debris along our county road for over a full year now! Every site along the roadside has had a port-a-potty fall over and spill out into the property because y'all keep placing them 2 feet from a road where people fly by going 50 mph. Do not buy one of these homes, they are not positioned to be family homes. You will have a 10 foot yard that you're kiddos can "run around" in. Not sure who these homes are suitable for. This company keeps tearing out more land along our beautiful country roads when they can't even sell the houses they have completed. I'd love to have a chat with the hughston homes project managers, I've never been so disgusted with a construction companys motto."

"I have lived in my home now for 3 years and since the beginning I have had nothing but problems. And for the life of me how can you sell a home with only one year warranty. When you buy a car of the lot it has at least a 100,000 miles warranty on it. Hughston homes is trash I will be selling asap. And I would not recommend a squirrel to buy or live in there homes. From plumbing, hvac, electrical, flooring issues and etc. this is insane 6 major issues in 3 years span and no help from them. Do not buy from these people unless you just wanna be scammed."

"On-site agent agent was phenomenal. When it comes to new construction homes, their standards are exceptional. Homes settle, you walk your new home without the weight of furniture so, of course nail pops are going to happen.... that will happen with a 10 million dollar property also. Great product"
