"Needed to get the Star ID. Arrived at 7:10 am on a Monday morning and was the second person in line outside the door. Their website says they open at 8 am but they opened doors at 7:30 am and started seeing people then. I was called back by 8:10 am and was out of there by 8:20 am. Taiwan helped me; she was quick and kind. She told me the wait to be called back usually isn’t that long. I checked online beforehand to make sure I brought the correct documents. Great experience."

"A one star was given ONLY because I at least had to select that in order to leave the review. The SECOND time I’ve been ALMOST turned around when coming to complete a drivers test! If your times to stop testing is 4:30 pm, REGARDLESS, of when someone comes in that’s when the testing should stop, not when your staff is ready to leave so they turn you away! They use the old “your number must be called and you must be in the back being processed”. I DO appreciate the gentleman that was assisted us! Outside of that PLEASE DO BETTER!"
