Reviews
"Omg found this place just driving around Jax. This is the best place to watch a sunset."
"I don't have a boat... but I have before and the ramp is wide and easy to navigate. Love going to the launch area and enjoy the river and the quiet and/or hustle of watching others head out on the water."
"I think they mean 14th St boat ramp. Nice big ramp, could do 4 boat launches at once. It's usually really crowded on weekends, holidays, festivals. lots of parking. Boat launching can be funky when crowded. Check it out before you go. OK to park overnight, but no camping."
"Covered picnic area, public bathrooms are often closed unfortunately. There is always parking which is nice. Sunsets are fantastic. Bugs are terrible and the beach area is not good for walking barefoot due to the shell beds. For sticky boat access it is highly recommend."
"I absolutely love DD Bartels Which is now a different name I guess. The kayaking is nice but only on a calm day! If you can get around the bend and Kayak on Eagan's Creek early in the morning, you'll have a great experience."
