"This store is unbelievably disorganized and dirty. Empty bags & containers proving some loss. 2 employees chatting behind register (1 appeared to be on her own time) Another young employee was polite and worked quick BUT was eating chips at register. This behaviour is NOT acceptable in retail. The register area was a huge mess and front of register had fallen several gum and candy products! David Mann how can you allow this to continue???"

"I put an order in at 12:05. The only pickup time was at 6-7pm. I arrive at 5:55 to be told they didn’t have my order, but stated they they will get right on it. You mean to tell me I waited all day for them to only provide me with a loaf of bread. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have."

"I agree with the rating, It's my go to place, when I need something, but the waiting in line to check out is a major problem at this store.It's usually 1 cashier and 8 are 9 customers in line waiting. And I must say speed isn't a word the cashier are familiar with in their job performance. When I worked as a cashier we were trained to be speedy and accuratecat the same time , and have good customer service skills."

"The one on Norwich Street is a disgrace. It's ashamed that I lived right behind this store and can't never get what I need and the service is so bad. I just taken upon my self and drive out to the one on 341. It's so nice have what I want and they just greet you when you walk in the door. And the service is quick.no long waiting. I love them."

"Employees are nice, but sometimes they are on the phone while checking you out. They will have their headsets/ear pieces on and will be gossiping. Have learned a little more about their personal life than is necessary. Store is ok, but they apparently lack adequate space for their inventory. For weeks there has been a shelf that has had stuff thrown behind other stuff. It's the same items. No one has bothered to organize or even notice it. A plus is that the place is almost always clean. Don't know about bathrooms or if they have any. Never asked."
