"I had a horrible experience with Eastside. I was referred by a friend who personally knows the main mechanic. It was there for 5 weeks! That’s the shortest that people I know have had it in too. I heard some people had their cars there for months. They only called me one time after I first dropped it off. And I had to call every week to get an update but they would not give me a quote and would not give me any information about my car while it was there. They never actually did what it was there for and just said it was the battery but I had replaced the battery multiple times. Low and behold a few weeks later and that battery was dead. I ended up going to a different mechanic and I’m so much happier! The new mechanic was clear with communication, significantly cheaper, provided the quotes before doing any work, finished replacing 3 different things on my car in 1 day and had helpful suggestions like installing a kill switch which has a handy little fob in the meantime while we try and figure out what is causing the drain on my battery without having to pop the hood every time. Save yourself some hassle and just go somewhere else!"
