"Entrance to the park is horrendous. I know that the tropical storm had just rolled through there couple weeks prior and they did get some rain before we arrived but....my car was buried in mud and what smelled like sewer water up to the top of my tires. My motorhome had trouble getting through it as well. I had to get a tow truck yo pull me out. Not something you should ever have to experience while visiting an RV park. The actual sites are paved so why not pave the road as well?! For as much money as parks make, put some back into it to make it more hospitable. It was only for 1 night, and from what I saw, that's all you need to be there for. Pick a different park, unless you have a 4 wheel drive truck. Good luck. 1 star for roads. I don't rave about cleanliness because I expect it to be clean and serviceable."
"The staff at Huck's and the owner was very receptive to helping us while we were traveling through the area. They allowed us to utilize their dumping facility when our tanks were inadvertantly by one of our kids. Thank you all so much!! The sites are very well maintained,, too."
"We used Harvest Host to book at Huck's for an overnight stay while traveling. Great location just off I-95 with easy access and level paved sites. You can get full hook up for a small up charge. Great overnight stop. Only drawback is a dirt road next to the park so the is some dust, but manageable given the convenient location."
"Rustic charm... The site we had was fine, with no frills but clean and easy access. The food at the pub there is fresh and delicious. I had loaded tots with pulled pork, amazing!"
"We are so grateful to have found Huck's when my husband's job brought us to the area for 7mos. This park is kept super clean and is continually being improved upon. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and intolerant of riff-raff, so we enjoyed quiet, peaceful nights which we appreciated! Having a showerhouse with great water pressure, working laundry facilities and a pub with delicious food and game room were real bonuses! We'll miss this place and definitely be back if passing through!!"
