"I was washing my hair with Mane n' Tail and body Shampoo for shiny, manageable hair but when i opened the conditioner it was blue so that was kind of a red flag to me so i called Kim's wig and beauty supply and i mainly wanted to know if it looked the same way in the store but the lady i was on the phone with took offense and i wasnt even blaming her just wanted to know if it was supposed to be blue because it seems to me the shampoo and conditioner should be the same color the shampoo is ivory. I told her ill stop by and see for myself so i finished my hair put my shirt and shoes on and went out the door but then i realized i didnt have any ocular evidence so i turned back around and took pictures but the conditioner was used when i got back but i took a picture anyway i left again and went straight to Kim's Wig and Beauty Supply the sales lady told me because i have two different brands thats why she showed me some other brands of Mane n' Tail but the fact remains the shampoo matches the conditioner is basically what she was showing me i was able to identify my conditioner color before and after i also told her that they switch my stuff at the apartment complex so thats why plus i didn't have a receipt for the shampoo and conditioner to see if thats what i bought the shampoo i have they didn't have it on the shelves so i asked if they had it in the back she said she'll look so i went with her then she started helping another customer so i went up front at that time kya aunt came in the store i didn't hear a word she said because i kept zoning out the man upfront at the register said the same thing but he said the shampoo i have is not in stock so i left it seems shady to me but what choice did i have i would hate to think the same ones switching my stuff is working in the store."
