"For the most part I have received decent customer service in this store, but I have been coming here pretty much my whole life and pretty regularly as an adult. Over the years there has been one lady in particular that has worked there consistently, and I always receive no customer service from her (long brownish hair and glasses, usually wearing a headband). She blatantly makes a point to ignore me. Meanwhile, she greets and interacts with almost everybody else who enters the store. Like I said, I have let it go on multiple occasions but it truly has been years of dealing with this. I’m not sure what it is about me that she doesn’t feel is worth her time and frankly that doesn’t even matter. I have taken to shopping online or at other stores, spending my money where I don’t feel uncomfortable and unwelcome."
"Nice and well stocked store. No smell was over powering. The gentleman working there that day was so kind. He made it where I want to go shop there again!"
"The mall is quite empty and I was shocked. I was so happy that the store was there and I was able to get the items I needed. The staff members were so helpful and kept asking if I needed assistance. One of the gentlemen was nice enough to help me with my shopping items and helped me to take them to the counter when my hands were full."
