"We purchased a weight loss tea from this company and had bad results. My daughter ended up having diarrhea and weight gain. Note: She works out faithfully five hours a day and eats right, but yet she continued gaining weight. The company's no return policy is a scam. How do you expect a customer to try your product out, but yet it does not work? As a result, we are stuck with a product that we cannot use? We will never fool with this :("

"My first Disappointment in buying the slimming fast patch and tea was the cost of shipping, but I opted to bypass that because I was excited to get the products. The next disappointment was how long it took for me to get my order. I ordered on March 14th and received my products on April 1st...ha (April Fools Day) which is a long time to receive an order. I even reached out via phone and was told they were closed by someone who answered the phone. This was on Good Friday, so I figured I would email. I did receive a message back after my package was delivered saying it was delivered. Now, the next disappointment was opening the package to find no clear directions on the products, so I had to go and watch videos, and go back to the website to see how to use the products, which left me so confused on how long to wear the patch, when to start wearing it again after you can't wear it, and the tea well it cramps me something awful. I haven't tried the tummy lotion because I'm so disappointed in the other products. Now, I will say this is all my fault. I don't blame the company for my choice in buying their products. I didn't do my do diligence in reading the reviews or checking the reviews of the BBB."

"I ordered the raw Indian wavy, 3 bundles and a closure. The bundles were very full, and only used a little less than 2 bundles and a closure. Hair was of great quality with absolutely no shedding or tangling. I was able to wear my full sew in for 3 months , with regular weekly washings and could have worn it longer.
