"One star is one star too many. My niece needed to go from Lupkin, TX to Abeline, TX and EVERY bus was late. It was one delay after another. They even had to reroute her to Shreveport, LA and then back to Dallas, TX adding additional hours to an already long bus ride. Folks in Longview, TX were VERY, VERY rude and LESS than helpful. She was "suppose " to get to Abeline, TX somewhere around 11ish, but it looks like she will not arrive until 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning. Bus drivers were stopping every hour or hour and a half, no wonder the buses were late. I'm amazed that they are still in business with a track record like this! DON'T TAKE GREYHOUND.....find another method of transportation. Save your money."
