"The owner was very nice and professional and was exactly on time to the minute. He helped me get my 2016 mustang off of a mile long dirt road in the pouring rain. He took his time and was very careful when handling it. My car is lowered so it was harder to get the chains to where they needed to go especially because of my aftermarket bumper. He had to get up under the car in a bunch of mud to find a spot that would be suitable and not cause any damage.
