"Went in and there appeared to be 2 employees. One helping someone or just talking the other sitting on the counter. As I was looking for the youths baseball socks in black he finally asked could he help me? I explained that I was looking for youth socks with a shoe size between 2 1/2 -3 youth for two 8 year twin boys. We discussed the sizes and he was positive that he had given me the correct size sock. I purchased 2 med. pair. I drove out of town almost 20 miles away only to discover that the socks were Men's adult socks. The baseball game was in another county that was another 20 miles away. Once this discovery was made I called to say that a mistake was made by the employee and that the clerk was not well informed of the items for sale in the store. Upon my return to the store. I asked if I could exchange the socks for smaller size either small or small. He in formed me that could not be done and I was forced to purchase the other socks as well. I am very disappointed and displeased with my purchase. I was told after the 2nd purchase that I would need to return to the store the next day for reimbursement. The older clerk named James threw the socks over towards me to place in the other bag. He was disrespectful towards me after I said that they needed to get with the program on how to do their job! I was only expecting to purchase 2 pair and then I was forced to pay over $60.00 for the two purchases!"
