She thinks she can holler and talk to anyone anyway she wants. I'm not one of them, and I will not be returning as long as she works there. This is one of those businesses. I was created with a smile, their process was explained, and it was suggested that I wait in the cool of the waiting room. The experience was great. "i took my company truck here to get the fuel filter and oil filter changed. they changed both of those items, however couldn’t seem to crank my truck. they had problems but got it going after a while. they asked if it had any problems with cranking and i told him never. he finally got it to crank and drive normal. i got a mile down the road before it went into limp mode and check engine light came on. i took it back and after explaining all of that to the lead technician, he simply responded with, “what do you want me to do about it?” he then refused to check the truck anymore, and told me “it’s got over 200k miles, what do you expect?” and walked off. i diagnosed it myself and fixed it. they didn’t screw the fuel/water separator on fully and it pulled air leading to a code being thrown. don’t go here."
