"I quit going here for 2 years or more now because the chicken started going down in quality and taste. I stopped by there today hoping it would be better, but it's not. Burnt chicken then and burnt chicken today. Kind of leathery skin. Very greasy. They gave me 2 potatoes and gravy instead of one cole slaw and one potatoes. Not warm at all. 2 stale shrunken biscuits. The air conditioning was not good. It was 90 degrees inside. The young man at the register was nice and polite."

"I've been twice in the past week. The first time I went to the drive-thru in order to sandwich was asked to pull up and they would bring it to me. After 16 minutes, with only one other car pulling through during that time I finally walked in and my food had been sitting over there at the drive-thru window. And it was long enough for it to be cold. Then again tonight I did an online order thinking how could they possibly mess that up, just to get home to find out they left my 10-piece chicken nuggets out of my bag, I got original rather than extra crispy, and my food was not ready. I was then told they were almost out of chicken but that she would go ahead and give me seven pieces to make up for the fact that I had to take three legs and two wings with my six piece bucket. But when I got home there were three small chicken legs two small wings and a very small breast. I will never visit the KFC in Swainsboro again. They are awful"

"Posted hours confirmed 7 weeks ago mean nothing to KFC Swainsboro, GA… Supposed to open at 10 a.m., drive thru attendant asked me to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. Not the first time that this business hasn’t been ready for business (lunch trip found them out of chicken)…"

"We decided we were going to give KFC another try. Very bad move.☹️ We were planning on dining in. The dining area WAS VERY COLD you can't be comfortable and eat when you're shivering. My husband had to search for a CLEAN table. One of the employees was sweeping the floor though. Never saw the first mop though. It had to be cold in the back since there was employees wearing coats. The cashier was very unfriendly she had a look on her face that said I don't want to be here & why did we have to come here. She was the same way with the family that placed their order just before mine. It took them 20 minutes from the time they placed our order to us getting our food and in times past they've been a lot faster. We had ordered the two-piece meals and we never got our cookies that went with it and the biscuits were cold. How in this world this place stays in business I don't understand people must be desperate for some food and don't want to go anywhere else."
