"Saturday 2-24-24 730 pm drive thru people were not listening so I went inside to order. No chili was available. I ordered 2 5 dollar biggie bags 2 bacon burgers was rudely told I didn’t know what I was ordering smh so another lady came over opened register other was closed I had to start again. Acted like a know it all being very smart talking (not a way to treat customers.)got there biggie bags order 2 baconaters 2frosties and 1 med fry. Waited 16 minutes. All all this food was packed into one bag size of biggie bag smh and told I’ll need this as she slid 2 bbq sauces at me across the counter? Really? Never again will I be made to feel that way waste of 40 dollars food smashed why bother?"

"Kimberly greeted us as soon as we walked in. Everyone was very friendly, the dining room was clean, the counter spaces, bathrooms, all of it. Cleanest restaurant we've been in in a long time. Manager should be proud of their staff."

"We usually have a good experience here but this time was awful. Two of the three burgers were waaay overcooked and had been sitting in a bath of ketchup. They were cold and just awful. The chicken sandwich wasn't much better but I didn't have to eat that one. We will not be going here for a while. Hopefully things will get better at this location. Food choices are limited here."

"I’m a nurse near this Wendy’s located at 418 South Main st, Swainsboro, GA, 30401. I don’t mean any harm but this is the final time me or my family will be eating here. Every single time we come here we make a bet on what they will mess up on our meal. Things are always missing, food not fully cooked, customer service is awful, charged us for things we didn’t get, give us someone else’s food, etc etc. Literally 28 times out of the 30 I’ve been there it’s been nothing but awful. Tonight 1-17-22 I rushed to Wendy’s on my lunch break to get a salad. I was eating it while I was driving back to work. I instantly started feeling sick with an upset stomach. Once I got to work I looked at what was left of my salad and notice the meat wasn’t even cooked. This is ridiculous! HORRIBLE!"
