"I went to this location on 4/15/2019 to get gas. I was on pump 10. I tried using my debit card at the pump which it declined twice. So I went in to see the cashier which the pump instructed me to do. The cashier tried running my card my 30.00 (credit) it declined. She then trieed running it as a debit for 30.00, it again declined. I went to get my phone out of my car to call my bank. I had a message from my bank asking if I tried to make a purchase for 30.00 @kwikserventer Y. I had my 38 week pregnant daughter, my mom, and two year grandbaby with me so I just wanted to get gas and get back on the road to home (2hrs) away. So I tried the pump again and it worked. So I pumped 45.09 into my car and left. I looked at the text again from my bank and it also asked if I tried making a purchase of 100.00?? Um no!!! 100.00 would never fit in my tank! So I call my bank and they say there are like 3 transactions for 100.00 but 2 of them declined and one for 30.00 that declined. The other 100.00 went through. I’m like I didn’t get 100.00 in gas, I only got 45.09. The pump gave no receipt of course! So my bank did start a fraud claim. But I call and talk to the lady that ran my card. Tell her the story, her response, “we didn’t charge you, your bank charged you!!” “Call your bank!!!” Never again will I use a gas station like this! I will stick with QT or Race Trac! I will put a stop to this fraud!!!"
