"Had the worst experience with a young sales representative, didn't want to give me a refund, after listening to his G.D this, G.D that, after I asked for his managers name, he said, I'm not giving you his GD name, now this happened in front of several other coustmers, the other sales representatives, kept telling him to give the coustmer a refund, this person should have been fired, how ever after talking to the district manager, he has yet to be fired. I've boycotted Advanced Auto. The guys name was Tyler, he refused to give me his last name or the managers."
